TULAINE MONTGOMERY, is an entrepreneur, educator, writer, and organizer with a storied career in leadership roles launching and expanding social enterprises across the U.S., the Caribbean, East Africa, Indonesia, and South Africa. In May 2021 Tulaine was named Co-CEO of national venture philanthropy organization, New Profit, where her focus is on building a community of social entrepreneurs and committed philanthropists to drive progress on transforming America’s most inequitable systems.
The collaborative leadership model at NewProfit comes at a moment of global challenge and opportunity, positioning the organization to advance its own strategy to take on systemic inequity. In this role, Tulaine continues her leadership focus on Inclusive Impact, a $100 million social impact fund providing growth capital and capacity support for Black, Latino/a/x, and Indigenous social impact leaders, in addition to fundraising for Proximate Capital initiatives, and serving as New Profit’s lead public advocate.
STEPHEN BAILEY is the Founder and CEO of ExecOnline, a pioneer in online B2B partnering with elite business schools to deliver professional development programs for executives. ExecOnline breaks the compromise between cost and quality with a dynamic and interactive online learning environment to foster mastery and personalize executive training. The online solution Stephen has developed solves critical challenges and delivers measurable business and financial impact, supporting mobility and giving ALL people equal access to the future.
This April ExecOnline announced an additional $45 Million in Series D funding to accelerate the organization's growth and focus on helping the world’s top enterprises develop their leaders effectively and equitably. Through key partnerships with elite business schools, such as Berkeley Haas, Chicago Booth, Columbia, Duke CE, IMD, Ivey Business School, MIT-Sloan, Stanford GSB, Tuck at Dartmouth, Wharton, and Yale, ExecOnline has successfully leveraged its unique applied learning approach and proprietary online platform to deliver top-tier leadership courses. Under Stephen’s leadership, the organization is tackling a significant white space in EdTech with the vision of expanding access to transformational leadership and development equity.
